Proverbs 23:7 “As he thinketh in his heart, so is he.”
Our lives are structured by the character of our thinking. It follows then that by changing our thoughts we definitely change our world. The greatest events of an era are the result of the best thoughts of that era. All that a person does outwardly is the expression and completion of their inward thoughts.
If our attention or thinking is shaped by our material environment only, we invite the negative things in our material world to become a part of our experience. How can we avoid this? We do this by lifting our attention to the realm of better ideas; by thinking about God, the Creator, the great creative Cause behind the appearances of life. To think about His presence is to lift our attention from the concerns of the finite world and to receive inspiration from the Infinite.
As our thinking is turned Godward, our consciousness is flooded with guidance, healing power, and divine order. So we see that the key to better days and happier experiences comes from attuning our thoughts to God.
Our spiritual thought for the day is: I am blessed with clear guidance. Right action prevails in all my affairs, today. Thank you, beloved Father.
