Weekly Thoughts To Uplift And Inspire

Job 25:3 “Upon whom doth not His light arise?”

Some people feel that their whole lives have been warped and overshadowed by outer events or conditions, by failures, by parents or others. Yet, it is not what happens to us, but how we react to it, that shapes our days.

There isn’t a single human being on whom the light of hope and renewal hasn’t shined. Light may come through another person, through the wonders of nature, or words in a book, but whenever and however it may occur, from that moment on we are changed people.

And as we change our thinking, our attitudes change. The Light of understanding grows stronger in us. We know ourselves to be a new person.

Our spiritual thought for the day is: How freeing it is to know that I myself can do something toward causing my life to improve, to blossom! I benefit by positive thinking, which affects my words and my actions. I am free! I am strong! I am thankful! Thank you, dear Father for a fresh focus on life.
