About Us
Valley Community Church, Divine Science is a spiritual center lovingly
serving a diverse, growing group of people. We believe that we are
spiritual beings having a human experience. Our primary reason for
walking the paths of life is to experience an Omnipresent God and to
come to know, first hand, that we are His children. His own, made in
His Image. It is a privilege and a blessing to see the people in our
church family become more and more empowered physically,
mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Some visitors walk into our church with many years of reading, study
and practice of metaphysical spiritual principles. Others have never
heard of such ideas but are seeking a way to fill the "empty place" in
them that only a relationship with God can satisfy. There are some
people who are skeptical about spiritual beliefs but have been told by
others that they should visit our church, and see for themselves
whether or not our approach to Christianity “fits” them. ALL are
welcome, skeptics included! Many of us were skeptics, too, and, for
the first time in our lives, we found a church home where the
principles we were taught made sense, were useful and vastly
changed our feeling about life, others and ourselves for the better.
The Valley Community Church is a group of people who welcome,
indeed cherish diversity. Each and all are precious, unique children of
one Supreme Being and have much to teach others and much to
contribute to this world. Visitors are indeed a gift from God.
